Topshop's average price is around 35/40 pounds (depending on what you buy) there are jeans available for up to £55 which for a highstreet brand isn't very reasonable at all. Topshop Boutique's prices are quite a bit higher, they have garments available for up to £200.
Product
The quality of the products they sell is reasonable, they often have mini collections of different garments with the same pattern or have something (a skirt/hoodie) in multiple different colours. A lot of their products are created to be similar to something you might find in a designer store that a lot of people cant afford, Topshop do it at a cheaper price.
Place
There are Topshop stores in all the big cities, one of the biggest being Oxford Street, London. 3 floors, a cafe, nail bar and hairdressers all inside. The Oxford Street store have up to 5 deliveries a week, they basically have everything to offer. It's also one of the many stores that have a personal shopping service (for free) meaning no queuing and help to find everything you're looking for. Topshop are also very available online, offering sales, promoting new trends etc and sometimes free postage is available if you spend over a certain amount.

Customers have the choice to subscribe to Topshop, to get emails about sales, current promotional offers, online exclusive collections.
Window displays are a big deal for Topshop, the first thing people see before they enter the store, they always have eye catching outfits on their mannequins, changing them at least once a week. Using mannequins to show off clothes, shoes, and accessories shows people how they can style outfits and what products look like on the body, it encourages customers to buy things they might not necessarily buy if they just see them in the store or maybe something you might not notice whilst browsing.
